We`re currently a team of 45 strong, and growing fast across 4 different countries with hubs in the UK (London), Canada (Toronto), Portugal (Lisbon).

ABOUT THE ROLE

Having delivered tremendous growth in 2021 across three continents, Creoate is now looking for a Finance & Operations Analyst willing to take initiative and be naturally inquisitive about our financial and operational principles and processes. With this role you will get a broad exposure to the operational workings of a fast growing and dynamic business.

As a Finance & Operations Analyst, you will be supporting various day to day operational processes as well as ad hoc projects that drive efficiency and growth. On a daily basis, tasks and projects could include performing reconciliations, building reports, analyzing large data sets and interacting with customers, suppliers and logistics partners to resolve order issues and improve the customer experience.

You learn about and contribute to the critical function that Finance & Operations plays in a global, two-sided e-commerce marketplace.

An interest in technology and retail are essential.

Some of the things you’ll be doing


  • Analyse marketplace performance metrics and support actions to improve and optimise customer experience;
  • Identify area of improvement on internal documentation and procedures;
  • Provide internal updates and report on operational metrics;
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers & logistics partners via email;
  • Collaborating with product, marketing and sales teams on company-wide initiatives.
