About the Role

We are looking for a solution focussed, fast learner, think outside the box leader of tomorrow to help us source, recruit and retain the best people to work with us. This role will be varied across our entire people strategy - from recruiting processes, onboarding, internal policies and resources, training and surveys. We serve businesses across different countries - so knowledge of any additional languages will be a plus!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Founders and hiring managers you will be the main point of contact to assist in annual hiring & retention plans
  • You will build trust and be a confidential resource for employees to speak to, helping them find information and resolve grievances
  • You will manage our pipeline of new talent, coordinating interviews, drafting JDs and streamlining our assessment process
  • Conducting telephone and video chats to understand what each candidate is looking for, their skillset, and help them identify the most suitable jobs in line with their career aspirations
  • Proactively searching on LinkedIn and job boards, such as Reed, Total Jobs, and Indeed, and reaching out to suitable candidates
  • Identify gaps in our internal People processes, policies and documentation and deliver on these improvements
  • Conducts surveys and collect feedback from existing employees to influence our ongoing retention policies

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Bonus points for prior experience working in an office and/or in a people-facing role, such as customer service, sales, recruitment, or account management
