About the Role:

As a Product Owner / AI and Lending @ CREOATE, your decisions will have an impact on strategic business goals and on solving real problems for real customers. You’ll collaborate with all business areas and use data and AI models to build risk management and credit products for retail business owners. We are moving at a frantic pace so you won’t need to wait long from ideation to adding value in a practical way!

You’ll work side by side with other Product Owners, UX team, Operations, Sales and Finance in understanding strategic goals and customer feedback, which you’ll translate into a roadmap. You’ll partner with a world class Engineering team in delivering that roadmap.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain the product vision, roadmap and own the success for your Product area
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with business priorities. Create an adequate amount of refined backlog for the Engineering team
• Continuously listen to feedback from your customers / users of your product
• Design experiments in order to validate product hypotheses and measure the results
• Partner with Engineering, UX and Finance in defining solutions to business problems
• Partner with the Engineering team in the delivery of the product roadmap, by participating in planning, testing and being the primary point of escalation for the development team
• Coordinate releases and ensuring Definition of Done is followed

Your Profile:

• 2+ years work experience as Product Owner / Manager in a lending or fintech product
• Experience in lending, credit and specifically Marketplaces is desirable, but not mandatory
• Sound understanding of IT software development
• Solid understanding of UX principles
• Proven experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritisation and pre/post-launch execution
• Comfortable using and analysing data
• Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on
• Commercial experience in a Data-related, AI or Analytics product (a must for the Data Intelligence Product Manager role)
• We are especially interested in learning about your experience designing short-lived experiments, and how you incorporated the learning into your Product
• Ideally you know a little SQL
