We`re currently a team of 45 strong, and growing fast across 4 different countries with hubs in the UK (London), Canada (Toronto), Portugal (Lisbon).


Having delivered tremendous growth in 2021 across three continents, Creoate is now looking for a Finance Assistant willing to take initiative and be naturally inquisitive about our financial and operational principles and processes. With this role you will get a broad exposure to the operational workings of a fast growing and dynamic business.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be supporting various day to day operational processes as well as ad hoc projects that drive efficiency and growth. On a daily basis, tasks and projects could include performing reconciliations, building reports, analyzing large data sets and interacting with customers, suppliers and logistics partners to resolve order issues and improve the customer experience.


  • Create and manage bills, checks, receipts and so on

  • Review financial and related data and report any inconsistencies

  • Verify that all documents are correctly signed and processed

  • Oversee company's financial transactions

  • Manage business records, reviewing, adding and updating financial and related data

  • Participate in account reconciliation operations

  • Interact with customers, contractors, and 3rd party vendors,

  • Prepare reports about the status of accounts and discrepancies
