About the role

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager, to help us scale Creoate globally, collaborating cross-team and within Marketing to achieve our ambitious GMV objectives.

You will be a data-driven CRM superstar, responsible for the design of best-in-class nurturing journeys, behaviour data analysis, automations, and optimising for higher LTV. The CRM team also helps and supports other marketing channels and initiatives, collaborating on multi-channel campaigns to drive both acquisition and retention.

We’re looking for someone who loves data and analysis, and is hungry to find actionable gold nuggets buried in our user behaviour data. Creativity is equally important, as you will be designing and building new lifecycle journeys based on these user insights. This is not your typical CRM job, you will be taking ownership of key areas of the customer’s lifecycle, coming up with new strategies to predict and answer their needs.

You have proven experience designing, launching and analysing CRM campaigns within an e-commerce or marketplace/B2B environment, and are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives against ambitious targets. We serve businesses across different countries - so knowledge of any additional languages will be a big plus!

Your responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of Creoate’s customer lifecycle, creating and evolving strategies to increase LTV and user engagement
  • Act as a leader within CRM, helping the whole team achieve best-in-class results
  • Drive engagement and retention strategies by identifying/analysing customer segments and collecting insights based on past behavioural data
  • Lead campaign ideation and concept development against Creoate's growth strategies and key initiatives
  • Identify opportunities at key points along the customer lifecycle that increase sales yet still feel authentic to our customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create CRM programs for both wholesale and retail customers
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum CAC profitability
  • Study competitor lifecycle programs and loyalty tactics and present your findings/recommendations to the team
  • Dig deep through data and mine insights on new customers, do market research to understand our core offering and work with the supply team to expand our list of categories/products to drive new user acquisition
  • Create A/B testing paradigms to confirm hypotheses and quickly scale experiments that are successful
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years related experience in digital marketing/advertising, ideally in an e-commerce or marketplace/B2B business
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience utilizing a CRM platform to build and track campaign performance. HTML proficiency is a plus
  • Demonstrable knowledge of best practices and orchestration across different channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app models
  • Strong background in customer conversion, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, running A/B tests, and providing meaningful insights/recommendations for next steps
  • Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn't one
  • Comfortable using and analysing data, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets; Tableau or SQL a plus
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, working to ambitious growth targets
